All the terms and conditions in stated on the manifest for any question from any buyer,nothing to add or remove on the manifest all details is there for any buyer of diamond study and know what is on the manifest before taken any steps.
Questions:
1.Does the buyer have to come to Sierra Leone to view the parcel of diamonds in person?
YES. BUYER COME WITH HIS OWN TESTER.
2. Can a buyer do a TTM outside of Sierra Leone in buyer country with the diamonds.
YES TTM IN GHANA ONLY OR IN FRANCE BUT NO DIAMONDS WILL BE PRESENT. ALL DIAMONDS STAY IN SIERRA LEONE VIEW AND BUY.
